Upside Down Balance Workshop

This is a fun & relaxed workshop designed for those of you looking to broaden your yoga experience and discover the fun of being upside down.
In this workshop you will explore headstands, arm balances and other exciting types of balance postures.
Upside down 'Inverted' poses have deep calming, energising and mind-focusing effects and as well as strenthening your body. And you will gain in confidence and empower yourself to acheive things you may have thought impossible, which will filter through into your everyday life.
This workshop is filled with useful tips and information on the techniques and knowledge needed to achieve these poses in a safe and fun way.

Candlelight Yoga

Something to look forward to in January to ease you into the new year, and stave off those winter blues.
This ultimate relaxation experience will help ease you into 2018 so you feel calm, positive, energised and deeply relaxed to tackle whatever comes your way.
You'll have two hours just for you to immerse yourself in some luxurious relaxing and unwinding. So this is your opportunity to take some time out to relax and get some quiet moments and step off that tread-mills to and get away from the over-busy and sometime stresses of life.
You will indulge in calming and soothing yoga whilst bathed in the soft glow of candlelight and beautifully relaxing music. You will fully relax in yoga nidra (deep yogic sleep), release both your body and mind through guided relaxation exercises and be taken into deeply restful mindfulness meditations and powerfully mood-enhancing NLP techniques to complete your fabulous session.

This 2 hour workshop is specifically designed for these common problem areas which means that we will focus on effectively releasing and really stretching out the hips, hamstrings and low back using postures which will ease tension and stiffness bringing relief and openness to those areas. We will also strengthen to bring support and stability to the muscles. You will be given a special handout to use at home to help keep those areas free, strong and in good shape after the session.

This workshop will help stretch and strengthen the body and give you practical tips to take away to keep injury free and in good condition. You will be given help to prepare the mind and boost performance using tried and tested coaching techniques in readiness for the run so you can perform to the absolute best of your abilities.

In conjunction with Rosie Letts Nutritionist. You will be treated to invigorating and releasing yoga postures and learn mindfulness breathing techniques to use to de-stress when needed. You will learn how to break up and expel toxins through detoxification, how to raise your energy levels and eliminate gas and bloating with proper whole food nutrition. There will also be nutritious and delicious food and drink to try and recipes for you to try at home.
